Join White Circle, an AI Safety company building reliability layers for AI systems through natural-language policies. As a Product Designer, you will transform complex technical processes into intuitive interfaces, working closely with product, engineering, and research teams to ship features quickly.
What you'll do
- Evolving the Figma design system for consistency and scalability
- Updating existing screens and designing new product flows
- Prototyping interactions to validate concepts
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams
- Owning the design process from concept to shipment
What you'll need
- At least five years of experience using Figma
- Proficiency with Auto Layout, Components, and Variants
- Experience designing clear web interfaces for technical products
- Ability to create basic animations using preferred tools
- Active use of AI tools in your personal workflow
