As the second Product Designer at Pogo, you will shape the creative direction for a new product connecting brands with purchase-verified consumers. You will design end-to-end experiences for both a B2B platform and a consumer app, establishing foundational systems and culture.
The role requires balancing high-quality polish with rapid iteration in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with engineering and go-to-market teams to ship features weekly, using direct user feedback to guide decisions.
