As the second Product Designer at Pogo, you will shape the creative direction for a new consumer insights product connecting brands with purchase-verified users. You will design end-to-end experiences for both a B2B platform and a consumer app with millions of users.
You will work in a fast-paced startup environment, defining design systems and culture from the ground up. The role requires balancing high-quality polish with rapid iteration and calculated speed.
What you'll do
- Design core product experiences from exploration to launch for B2B and consumer apps
- Craft polished interfaces that highlight data and AI technology capabilities
- Define the product roadmap and establish foundational design language and systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and go-to-market teams
- Iterate quickly in an ambiguous environment to ship high-quality work weekly
What you'll need
- Proven experience designing software products from scratch
- Proficiency in Figma for efficient and rapid design execution
- Strong intuition for simplicity and clarity in user experiences
- Willingness to use LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude in daily workflow
- Ability to make near-term tradeoffs while maintaining long-term vision
- Comfort working in small teams without dedicated user researchers
Nice to have
- Previous experience designing in a startup environment
- Background in designing AI-driven interactions
- Experience with enterprise-grade product design
