You will shape product experiences across BJAK’s financial services, including insurance, payments, and investments. Working with product managers and engineers, you will translate complex requirements into simple, trustworthy user flows and polished interfaces.
The team values clarity and consistency, focusing on solving customer problems rather than just creating visuals. You will own the design process from concept to production, ensuring high-quality implementation across platforms.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production
- Transform requirements into user flows, wireframes and prototypes
- Create intuitive interfaces for insurance, payments and investments
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI components
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Iterate on usability using product data and user feedback
- Ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms
- Refine interactions, accessibility and overall product quality
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio showing product thinking and visual design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
- Deep understanding of design systems and responsive design
- Knowledge of information architecture and user flows
- Excellent skills in typography, spacing and layout
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Strong English communication skills
