The team looks for a designer who solves business challenges through research and effective design rather than just aesthetics. You will work closely with designers, developers, and analysts to drive conversion growth.
What you'll do
- Design efficient marketing funnels and landing page user flows
- Generate hypotheses and validate them via A/B testing
- Analyze direct and indirect competitor funnels
- Study user behavior using internal analytics tools
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and analysts
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of experience in product, UX/UI, or Growth design
- Strong web design experience is mandatory
- High-level proficiency in Figma
- Solid knowledge of composition, typography, and color theory
- Business-oriented mindset focused on conversion growth
- Ability to structure and present research and concepts clearly
- Skill in arguing and defending design decisions
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile application design
