Join Finch as the fifth engineer to help shape a product that blends wellness and gaming. You will work with high autonomy across the entire development cycle, collaborating with designers and founders to create delightful user experiences.
The team is dedicated to responsible growth and has already supported millions of users. This position offers significant input into engineering norms and tools while solving complex problems in mental health technology.
What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and founders
- Help define engineering norms and team tools
- Design clean and maintainable APIs
- Conduct A/B experiments and analyze data
- Solve ambiguous problems with elegant solutions
What you'll need
- 5+ years building consumer mobile or full-stack products
- Product-centric mindset with focus on user experience
- Ability to derisk new ideas quickly and efficiently
- Experience with scalable and reliable engineering practices
- Available for 6 hours within 8am-6pm PST window
Nice to have
- Experience developing Flutter mobile apps
- Background in wellness or gaming industries
