As a Product Engineer at Fonio, you take full ownership of features from concept to deployment. You will define what to build based on customer value rather than following strict instructions, working directly with users to refine the product.
The team focuses on developing AI voice agents for small and medium businesses. You will contribute to the platform's growth by shipping code daily and prioritizing features that deliver immediate utility to thousands of European customers.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain the platform using NestJS and React
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from idea to launch
- Interact directly with customers for support and feedback
- Conduct user tests to validate product improvements
- Prioritize features and opportunities for Voice AI long-term
What you'll need
- Native German speaker to help shape the AI
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Familiarity with NestJS in a SaaS environment
