Join Inato’s engineering team to develop an AI-powered platform that connects pharmaceutical companies with community-based researchers. You will build new features from design to deployment, focusing on business impact and codebase health.
The team values quality and continuous improvement, working on products already in production but still early in their lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with product leads, AI engineers, and other developers.
What you'll do
- Build features from design through implementation to deployment and support
- Improve team processes and development tools continuously
- Share knowledge internally via talks and externally through blog posts
- Maintain codebase health to enable rapid product improvement
- Collaborate with product managers to focus on business impact
What you'll need
- Fluent in written and oral English and French
- 2+ years of experience building web products in a team
- Proficient with TypeScript, React, and Next.JS
- Experience collaborating proactively with product and design teams
- Familiarity with domain-driven design principles
Nice to have
- Experience with functional programming
- Background in the healthcare industry
- Previous work in a startup or scaleup with a SaaS product
- Knowledge of software craftsmanship techniques like TDD and clean code
