Join Doit as a Product Engineer to help reinvent how people manage their money through AI-driven tools. You will own specific product domains within the AI Finance App, turning complex financial services into simple customer journeys.
This position involves defining user problems, setting success metrics, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ship and iterate on products. We value builders who prioritize execution and user impact over rigid processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, or travel
- Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features, monitor performance, and optimize post-release
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, and experiments
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with minimal guidance
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer apps
- Experience with high-growth products or startups
- Founder or growth operator experience
