Join BJAK, a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, as a Product Engineer focused on AI Investing. You will define product direction, simplify complex financial workflows, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ship features that help users manage their money.
This position demands high ownership and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information. You will balance speed, user experience, and compliance while continuously iterating based on data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Spain with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Track record of shipping quickly and learning after launch
