Join BJAK as a Product Engineer to shape the future of its AI Neobank. You will take ownership of specific product verticals, translating complex financial services into simple customer journeys. This position demands a builder who can balance speed, user experience, and compliance while driving execution alongside global teams.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Ability to work closely with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, and experiments
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Vietnam with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
