Doit is reinventing personal finance by building tools that make spending, saving, and investing accessible through AI. As a Product Engineer in the AI Stockbroking team, you will own specific product areas, defining scope and roadmap while working closely with cross-functional teams.
You will transform complex financial products into simple customer journeys, using data and feedback to iterate quickly. This position demands high ownership, strong communication skills, and the ability to ship real products rather than just managing processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Monitor feature performance and drive continuous iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Vietnam with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
