You will develop internal tools and customer-facing products like Tempo Wallet while helping enterprises integrate stablecoin flows. This position bridges engineering and customer success, requiring you to deploy solutions directly into partner environments.
The team focuses on creating a scalable, low-cost backbone for real-world payments, collaborating with major financial and tech leaders. You will gain broad exposure to business-critical crypto problems across various market segments.
What you'll do
- Build first-party applications and internal tools for agents and users
- Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into payment systems
- Develop deep expertise in the Tempo blockchain product surface
- Navigate unfamiliar codebases quickly to ship products efficiently
- Translate field insights into improvements for product and developer experience
What you'll need
- At least four years of full-stack engineering experience
- Minimum one year of professional experience in the crypto sector
- Proven track record of shipping reliable, mission-critical systems
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel within the US for partner work when needed
- Ability to balance development speed with technical quality
