Join the Enterprise team at WorkOS to develop products that help companies become enterprise-ready, including SSO, Directory Sync, and Audit Logs. You will craft flexible solutions that unify fragmented admin ecosystems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce friction for diverse customer personas.
What you'll do
- Design and engineer experiences for developers and end-users
- Drive adoption of evolving products like RBAC and Audit Logs
- Reduce friction points in mature products such as SSO and SCIM
- Collaborate with product, solutions engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Map technical risks to drive the technical roadmap
- Work with leadership on greenfield ideas and initiatives
- Help recruit and assess future engineering team members
What you'll need
- 5+ years of industry software development experience
- Ability to distill complex problems into clean architectures
- Experience designing scalable and intuitive internal/external APIs
- Skilled in translating customer needs into prioritized action items
- Familiarity with working in small, fast-paced teams
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript, React, and Postgres
- Background in B2B SaaS or developer tools industry
