You will own user-facing features and the underlying systems, connecting technical choices to customer outcomes. The team builds AI agents that automate business-critical processes in retail and consumer goods, requiring high velocity and product judgment.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product features from UI to API, data, and deployment
- Define MVP scope and select metrics to measure customer impact
- Build features interacting with LLM outputs and human-in-the-loop flows
- Ship small iterations weekly based on customer feedback and competitive gaps
- Ensure production security, reliability, and system scalability
What you'll need
- Proven ability to take ambiguous requirements to production independently
- Full-stack ownership experience including UI, API, and infrastructure
- Comfort building with AI systems and parsing agent responses
- Strong product judgment to prioritize value over technical interest
- Low-ego collaboration style with direct feedback approach
- Located within two hours of Prague (CET) time zone
Nice to have
- Deep applied LLM experience including prompt engineering and safety
- Experience designing interfaces for AI-assisted workflows
- Background in scalable distributed system design and operation
- Strong focus on security and reliability in production environments
