Join the AuthKit team at WorkOS to build critical infrastructure for enterprise-ready authentication and identity. You will bridge product and platform engineering, focusing on reliability, scalability, and developer experience for fast-growing AI and software companies.
What you'll do
- Design and engineer developer and end-user experiences
- Drive application reliability, scalability, and performance
- Speak with customers to gather feedback and debug issues
- Collaborate with product, solutions, and go-to-market teams
- Work on greenfield ideas directly with leadership
- Increase market adoption of AuthKit products
What you'll need
- 5+ years of industry software development experience
- Bachelors degree required
- Experience in small teams within fast-paced environments
- Background in crafting polished UI/UX and API services
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Intellectually curious and independently driven
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript, React, and Postgres
- Background in B2B SaaS or developer tools
