BJAK is expanding beyond its core insurance platform to help users manage spending, saving, and investing through AI-driven financial tools. As a Product Lead, you will own the direction and quality of major product areas, guiding teams to deliver high-impact features in a fast-paced environment.
You will work with global teams to simplify complex financial services into usable customer journeys. This position demands a hands-on leader who balances strategic vision with detailed execution, ensuring rapid delivery without compromising on user value or product standards.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Finance areas
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement based on post-launch data
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable operating in high ambiguity with senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into user-friendly journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
