BJAK is expanding its financial services beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead in AI Finance, you will own the direction, quality, and outcomes of major product areas. You will guide teams through complex regulatory and business constraints to deliver user-centric financial tools.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Finance areas
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and operational constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-launch
- Foster a product culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable working with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
