BJAK, a leading insurance and fintech platform in Southeast Asia, is expanding its services to include AI-driven investing. We are looking for a senior product builder to own direction, quality, and outcomes for major product areas within this new vertical.
You will work with global teams to simplify complex financial products into usable user journeys. This position demands strong judgment in prioritization and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Investing areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, and travel services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Germany
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
