BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users save, invest, and manage money through AI-driven solutions. As a Product Lead, you will own the direction and quality of major AI Investing workstreams, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and other product managers to simplify complex financial journeys. The team values speed, clarity, and user impact over bureaucracy, operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Investing areas
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a product culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, and travel services
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
