BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to offer comprehensive financial tools including spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will shape major areas of the AI Neobank app, owning direction and execution across multiple workstreams.
You will collaborate with global teams to simplify complex financial products into user-friendly journeys. This position demands a hands-on leader who can balance strategic vision with detailed execution in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for key app areas
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
