You will oversee three connected product areas: predictions, analytics, and A/B testing. Your primary focus is enhancing the accuracy of Lifetime Value (LTV) predictors and ensuring revenue data is displayed quickly and reliably for app founders.
The role requires managing a small ML team, deciding on technical direction, and integrating existing machine learning capabilities into customer-facing tools. You will address performance issues in dashboards and define how predictive models are validated and presented to users.
What you'll do
- Own predictions, analytics, and A/B testing products
- Manage and grow a small machine learning team
- Define accuracy standards for the prediction engine
- Identify and resolve dashboard performance issues
- Determine deployment strategy for existing ML capabilities
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience with code or models for technical decisions
- Strong background in mathematics and classical machine learning
- Ability to discuss model choice, metrics, and horizons in depth
- Proven track record of owning product outcomes, not just backlogs
- Proficiency in SQL and habit of verifying data independently
