Enode provides the infrastructure connecting energy companies to thousands of devices like EVs and heat pumps. As Product Lead - Experience, you will define the vision for the customer platform, turning operational tooling into a proactive layer that helps partners manage and scale their asset pools. You will bridge the needs of energy retailers, end consumers, and hardware manufacturers.
What you'll do
- Define platform strategy focused on retention, expansion, and cost efficiency
- Own onboarding to ensure live integration and active end-user connections
- Prioritize automation and self-serve features to scale support
- Deliver data insights for performance evaluation and churn prevention
- Lead messaging, launch strategies, and commercial enablement
- Integrate AI tools into product discovery and specification processes
What you'll need
- Significant experience in B2B product, platform, or developer tooling
- Background in B2B2C structures with distinct direct and end users
- Ability to link product metrics to commercial outcomes like P&L
- Fluency in communicating with engineers about APIs and data flows
- Daily use of AI in product work with a clear view on its application
- Experience creating specs and frameworks used as team references
Nice to have
- Experience in energy tech, IoT, or climate sectors
- History of shipping LLM-powered product capabilities
- Background using documentation and onboarding as growth channels
