Join 3E’s Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team to shape solutions like 3E Protect. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to adoption, balancing customer value with business goals in a mission-driven environment focused on environmental safety.
What you'll do
- Own product initiatives from problem discovery through delivery and continuous improvement
- Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and priorities
- Partner with Engineering to ensure teams solve the right problems with clear context
- Drive launch readiness, adoption tracking, and post-launch improvements
- Develop deep customer understanding through research and feedback loops
- Communicate product direction and trade-offs to technical and commercial audiences
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5+ years in product management or related field
- Experience in B2B SaaS, EHS, chemical safety, or regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and define solutions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills without formal authority
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency
Nice to have
- Familiarity with EHS, chemical safety, or regulatory compliance domains
- Experience with products combining software, services, and content
- Background working with Agile/Scrum development teams
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or complex enterprise workflows
How you'll work
- Fully remote within the United States
- East Coast time zone preferred, other US zones considered
