Join Aphex as a Product Manager leading the measurement layer of a platform used by major contractors like Acciona and John Holland. You will own the definition of project behavior metrics, the underlying data pipelines, and the API surface that exposes this data to users and AI agents.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will lead a squad of engineers to build evidence-based insights that drive user behavior and internal product strategy. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on connecting daily routines to project outcomes, rather than building static dashboards.
What you'll do
- Define and version core measures of project behavior and performance
- Connect behavioral routines to delivery outcomes to predict success
- Manage data pipelines, aggregated models, and API access layers
- Lead discovery, specification, and launch with an engineering squad
- Publish signal contracts for other product teams to implement
- Ensure platform reliability for accurate data access by major projects
- Provide evidence-based insights to guide internal product decisions
What you'll need
- Background in defining metric systems or evaluating data pipelines
- Experience owning a product or platform area independently
- Technical depth to pressure-test engineering estimates and sequencing
- Track record of shipping high-quality data products or analytics
- Strong written communication and proactive documentation skills
- Ability to make trade-off calls on scope, timeline, and quality
Nice to have
- Experience with behavioral analytics or activation instrumentation
- Knowledge of AI agent products and evaluation frameworks
- Background in Vertical SaaS or construction industry
- Experience driving evidence-based decision making in internal teams
