Join a Series C startup that has achieved profitability and serves over 5 million customers. You will work directly with the cofounder and CEO to launch and grow products in home, motorcycle, and other physical asset categories.
This position offers a unique opportunity to learn product strategy and executive decision-making while managing operational complexity. Successful candidates often progress into senior product or commercial leadership roles.
What you'll do
- Build or scale one of the new product verticals such as home or motorcycle insurance
- Execute big-picture strategies and navigate complex business challenges
- Collaborate across product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data teams
- Identify and solve operational complexities for distinct customer pain points
What you'll need
- At least one year of experience in consulting, banking, VC, PE, or early startups
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Ability to work in-person in Palo Alto for the first 6 to 12 months
- Strong bias for action and resilience in facing difficult challenges
- Ownership mindset with willingness to fix issues outside immediate scope
How you'll work
- On-site in Palo Alto five days a week for the first 6-12 months
- Must currently reside in specific US states or Ontario, Canada
- Full-time salaried employee position
