You will drive the strategy and execution for Nava’s employee-facing tools, helping users navigate healthcare decisions and resolve billing issues. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will translate customer needs into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
The team combines brokerage expertise with proprietary technology to simplify benefits management. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions that reduce costs and improve access to care.
What you'll do
- Drive engagement with employee-facing technology products
- Shape product roadmap with stakeholders and leadership
- Set annual goals and measurable targets for the team
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve usability issues
- Partner with marketing to drive product adoption
- Lead collaboration between engineering and design teams
What you'll need
- Five or more years of product management experience
- Track record of taking products from zero to one
- Experience scaling mission-critical SaaS products
- Proven ability to improve product adoption and engagement
- Skill in aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Comfort using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Codex
- Ability to navigate codebases and open pull requests
- Experience designing research plans from scratch
