You will drive execution quality by defining metrics and monitoring tools to ensure transaction success rates meet standards. Additionally, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of new liquidity sources and ecosystems to expand product reach.
Working closely with the Expansion tech lead, you will translate complex technical and business needs into clear engineering specifications. You will also manage relationships with external partners, including decentralized exchanges, while collaborating with BD, QA, and Data teams.
What you'll do
- Own execution quality by defining metrics and driving monitoring features
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new liquidity sources and ecosystems
- Translate business and technical needs into engineering tickets and specs
- Monitor API behavior and tool performance to catch issues early
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party liquidity partners
- Collaborate with BD, QA, and Data to align priorities and improve product
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Strong track record in a technical product environment
- Blockchain experience is mandatory, ideally from a blockchain company
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and spot patterns
- Excellent communication skills for external partners and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented approach
- AI literate with active use of AI tools in workflow
Nice to have
- Track record of working on data products
- Experience monitoring API performance or execution quality
- Familiarity with aggregation, routing, or liquidity products in crypto
