You will own the strategy and execution for Lumos Access Reviews, moving the product from manual cycles to an agentic, autonomous system. Your work will enable IT and security teams to certify access for applications, identities, and non-human agents with minimal human intervention.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. You will define the quarterly roadmap, make trade-offs between coverage and depth, and ensure the product delivers defensible, audit-ready evidence.
What you'll do
- Own the agentic core where agents configure, scope, and run reviews via API and MCP
- Design autonomous decisioning flows that build reviewer trust and handle ambiguity
- Expand review capabilities to include identities, policies, and non-human AI agents
- Define product strategy and quarterly plans balancing new coverage with operational fit
- Ensure shipped features produce defensible evidence suitable for real-world audits
- Partner with customers and field teams to translate insights into product decisions
What you'll need
- Experience owning a customer-facing product with measurable business impact
- Background in compliance, audit, governance, risk workflows, or high-volume decision products
- Proven track record shipping AI into production workflows with a focus on trust and explainability
- Daily use of AI tools for research, prototyping, and spec writing in your own workflow
- Ability to demonstrate changed user behavior through specific metric improvements
- Strong product craft with experience partnering closely with design teams
- Comfortable presenting directly to customers and auditors
