Join Doit to redefine personal finance through AI-driven tools that make spending, saving, and investing accessible. As a Product Manager, you will own specific domains within the AI Finance suite, turning complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship features rapidly. The team values builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and drive execution with high ownership.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Track record of making decisions with incomplete information
