Join BJAK, a leading mobile-first insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into broader financial services. As a Product Manager in the AI Finance team, you will drive the development of products that help users plan, save, and grow their money.
You will own specific product verticals, translating complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys. Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will define success metrics, manage roadmaps, and iterate quickly based on real-world feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as a Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Germany with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Track record of shipping quickly and learning from launches
