Join BJAK, Southeast Asia's leading mobile-first insurance platform, as it expands into broader financial services. As a Product Manager in the AI Finance team, you will drive the development of products that help users save, invest, and manage money more effectively.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to simplify complex financial workflows into intuitive customer journeys. This position demands high ownership, rapid execution, and a focus on continuous improvement post-launch.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, or travel services.
- Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, and launch plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, and compliance teams.
- Translate complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
- Use data, feedback, and research to inform product decisions and iterations.
- Launch features, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements.
- Balance speed, user experience, business impact, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll need
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or similar role.
- Strong product sense with ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
- Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, and experiments for decision making.
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset with ability to drive work independently.
- Fluent in English for global team communication.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer apps.
- Background in high-growth product environments.
