You will own specific product areas within AI Finance, collaborating with engineering and design to launch features that simplify insurance, investing, and payments for the Southeast Asian market.
The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives on solving user problems rather than managing feature lists. You will define roadmaps, analyze data, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment where high ownership and quick iteration are valued over rigid processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Australia with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
