Join BJAK as a Product Manager to own key areas within their AI-driven Neobank application. You will simplify complex financial products into intuitive customer journeys while working with cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on features.
The company aims to help users plan, save, and grow their money through accessible digital platforms. This position involves defining roadmaps, success metrics, and launch plans for services including insurance, payments, and investing.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, feedback, and experiments
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Thailand with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- History of launching quickly and learning post-launch
