Join BJAK as a Product Manager to own specific areas within their AI-driven Neobank application. You will translate complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working with cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on features.
The company aims to help users manage spending, saving, and investing more effectively. This position requires strong execution skills and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Own product areas such as insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, user experience, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as a Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
