Join BJAK as a Product Manager to own specific areas within their AI-driven Neobank application. You will translate complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working with cross-functional teams to ship and iterate on products.
The company operates globally with a diverse team, aiming to help users manage money smarter through spending, saving, and investing tools. This position targets builders who prioritize execution and user problems over rigid processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas such as insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong product sense with ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable using metrics, feedback, and experiments for learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Austria with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Track record of shipping quickly and learning post-launch
