You will own product areas within BJAK's AI Stockbroking platform, focusing on simplifying complex financial products into usable customer journeys. Working with cross-functional teams, you will define roadmaps, launch features, and drive iterations based on data and user feedback.
The company aims to help people in Southeast Asia manage their money better through insurance, investing, and savings tools. This role requires high ownership and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information while working closely with engineers.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
