You will take full ownership of Aditude's mobile in-app product line, driving strategy from SDK development to reporting. This role requires a hands-on approach to defining KPIs, analyzing data, and collaborating with engineering and sales teams to maximize publisher revenue.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in mobile ad tech, particularly within the gaming sector, and is comfortable navigating complex technical landscapes like mediation, bidding, and privacy frameworks.
What you'll do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile in-app solutions
- Define and track key metrics such as adoption and revenue impact
- Lead product launches including positioning and sales enablement
- Analyze data to validate hypotheses and prioritize product features
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ship solutions quickly
- Engage directly with publishers to gather feedback and ensure fit
- Design scalable processes for automation and operational efficiency
What you'll need
- Five or more years of product management experience in ad tech
- Proven track record working with mobile gaming publishers or SDKs
- Deep knowledge of mediation, bidding, and OpenRTB standards
- Familiarity with privacy frameworks such as ATT, SKAN, and TCF
- Strong technical ability to understand SDK architectures and docs
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools for decision making
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional alignment
Nice to have
- Experience with Prebid Mobile or open-source bidding solutions
- Background at a mobile gaming studio, ad network, or SSP
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager and publisher ad ops workflows
- Experience with product-led growth and self-service design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
