You will own the commercial operating layer of Konnect, translating sales agreements and customer usage into accurate invoicing. The role involves designing unified entitlements, managing usage metering pipelines, and overseeing self-serve checkout and enterprise billing workflows.
Reporting to the Sr Director of Product, you will drive the transition from relationship-driven processes to productized automation. You will collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Sales to ensure billing accuracy and improve the customer experience across cloud marketplaces.
What you'll do
- Define multi-year strategy for pricing, metering, entitlements, and invoicing
- Build unified entitlements model consistent across contracts and provisioning
- Translate pricing decisions into production configurations and customer migrations
- Manage event pipelines and reporting for financial-grade usage visibility
- Own self-serve checkout, subscription lifecycle, and payment integrations
- Integrate enterprise sales motions with billing via CPQ and marketplace syncs
- Automate manual provisioning and fulfillment workflows
- Track metrics like revenue retention and invoice dispute rates
What you'll need
- At least 6 years of SaaS product management experience
- 2+ years specifically in billing, monetization, or pricing domains
- Ability to co-design billing stack architecture with engineering partners
- Experience executing pricing changes from proposal to production
- Background in scaling consumption-based monetization models
- Proficiency in SQL or similar tools for independent data analysis
- Direct experience with Stripe or metered billing platforms
- Familiarity with API, infrastructure, or developer-platform products
Nice to have
- Led end-to-end pricing transformations or built billing systems from scratch
- Shipped cloud marketplace integrations for AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ-to-billing integrations
- Proficiency using LLMs and coding agents in daily workflows
