Join Synthesia as a Growth Product Manager reporting to the VP of Growth. You will own the growth surface for a core product bet, ensuring acquisition and scaling are designed into the roadmap from the start rather than added later. This role requires partnering with core product managers and engineers to integrate high-impact growth ideas and expose necessary primitives for scaling.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end growth for a core product area including acquisition and retention
- Partner with core product PMs and engineers to integrate growth ideas
- Design discovery-led acquisition loops and streamlined user experiences
- Align teams around measurable outcomes to accelerate goal achievement
- Collaborate across engineering, marketing, and GTM to embed funnel thinking
What you'll need
- Experience as a Product Manager with exposure to Growth metrics
- Demonstrable experience driving AI-native products or workflows
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous 0→1 environments
- Strong communication skills to build credibility across functions
- Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams
Nice to have
- Depth in a specific growth lever is a plus but not required
