This training program is designed for individuals who want to accelerate their career trajectory by learning from a serial founder. Successful graduates often move into product or commercial leadership roles within the company or elsewhere.
What you'll do
- Work directly with the CEO to build or scale new product verticals
- Execute big-picture strategies across complex business areas
- Navigate operational challenges in rapid growth phases
- Collaborate with product, growth, operations, finance, and engineering teams
- Identify and solve issues proactively across departments
What you'll need
- 1+ years experience in consulting, banking, VC, PE, or early startups
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Ability to work in-person in Palo Alto for 6-12 months
- Strong bias for action and sense of urgency
- Resilient mindset with high ownership mentality
- Insatiable learner eager to master new skills
How you'll work
- Onsite in Palo Alto office five days a week initially
- Transition to independent operation after training period
- Must reside in specific US states or Ontario, Canada
