You will own the integrations surface for North end-to-end, ensuring the platform connects seamlessly with CRMs, data warehouses, and other enterprise systems. Your dual mandate includes prioritizing and shipping specific integrations while developing the underlying connector framework and developer tools that support them.
What you'll do
- Define the integration ecosystem strategy, roadmap, and partner posture based on customer demand.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of integrations and collaborate with strategic customers on workflows.
- Build generic platform capabilities like connector frameworks, auth, and data sync where needed.
- Partner with engineering to transform custom integration work into reusable product features.
- Design the developer and partner experience including APIs, SDKs, and documentation.
What you'll need
- Five or more years in product management for platform, API, or integration products.
- Proven track record of shipping integration or connector products that drive adoption.
- Experience working directly with high-stakes customers and ecosystem partners.
- Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, data models, and integration architecture.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and design teams.
- Experience with AI-first product management and domains like LLMs or automation.
