Join the Host Squad product team at Sweatpals, a community-first fitness platform. You will work on core experiences for hosts, gym owners, and instructors, focusing on ticketing, memberships, and scheduling. This internship offers direct collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Own improvements for host flows like appointment creation and ticket transfers
- Identify gaps and edge cases using a user-centered approach
- Partner with engineering and design to execute prioritized improvements
- Define analytics for new features and synthesize data into takeaways
- Conduct competitive analysis for growth-adjacent features
- Triage backlog items and apply bug priority rubrics
- Support roadmap sequencing by surfacing tradeoffs and dependencies
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in graduate program or strong undergraduate candidate
- Prior experience in product management, engineering, or startups preferred
- Strong product instincts for users, flows, and edge cases
- Data fluency including reading dashboards or basic SQL
- Exceptional written communication for specs and updates
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving work independently
- High ownership mindset with ability to flag blockers early
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS, marketplace, or fitness verticals
- Familiarity with Linear, Notion, Amplitude, or similar tools
