Flagler Health builds the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care, helping provider groups operate efficiently. As an RCM Product Manager, you will own the roadmap for revenue cycle operations, including eligibility verification and prior authorizations. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with engineering to translate complex clinic workflows into scalable product solutions.
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap for eligibility, prior authorizations, and claims workflows
- Translate operational revenue cycle realities into technical product requirements
- Partner with engineering on scoping, sequencing, and delivery trade-offs
- Engage with clinics to identify process breakdowns and cost drivers
- Define success metrics and hold the roadmap accountable to performance goals
- Prioritize integration work, new capabilities, and reliability improvements
- Collaborate with leadership on platform strategy shaped by RCM capabilities
What you'll need
- Five or more years of experience in product management roles
- Direct experience with revenue cycle management and EHR integrations
- Proven ability to manage complex, integration-heavy product areas end-to-end
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Comfortable working with high autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel to New York City as needed
Nice to have
- Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background
- Solutions engineering experience in major EHR environments like Epic
- Ability to write code
