Skydropx is transforming logistics in Latin America by empowering businesses to manage their supply chains efficiently. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead complex initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff to deliver high-impact results.
You will own the vision for a complete product line, ensuring synchronization between research, design, content, and technology teams while driving strategic KPIs.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end vision for a specific product line
- Make data-driven decisions based on customer pain points
- Define, manage, and track feature implementation
- Break down ambiguous problems into value-delivery phases
- Mentor team on management best practices and AI usage
- Ensure alignment across Research, Design, Content, and Tech
- Take direct accountability for strategic North Star Metrics
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency with AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude
- Willingness to travel to Mexico at least once a year
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Collaborative leadership style with customer empathy
How you'll work
- Fully remote position
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00 GMT-6 (CDMX time)
- Flexible hours during launches and updates
- Annual travel to Mexico for key events required
