Join EverAI, a rapidly growing AI company with 50 million users, as a Trust & Safety Product Manager. You will own the product delivery of safety features, working closely with engineering and legal teams to ensure ethical and secure user experiences on their flagship AI companionship platform.
This newly created position offers significant ownership from the start. You will translate legal requirements and incident findings into actionable product features, helping to shape the safety function as the company scales toward its next growth milestones.
What you'll do
- Translate safety policies and legal requirements into clear product specifications and engineering tasks
- Manage product improvements for internal moderation systems including EverGuard LLM technology
- Lead technical lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout
- Establish dashboards and QA processes to proactively identify emerging safety issues
- Conduct red teaming and adversarial testing to validate moderation system responses
- Run Trust & Safety reviews for new features to identify foreseeable misuse early
- Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety incidents
What you'll need
- Proven ability to make data-driven product decisions aligned with legal and ethical standards
- Experience running A/B tests, experiments, or user research to shape product development
- Deep understanding of content moderation strategies including automation and human review
- Background in implementing trust, safety, and compliance requirements for consumer products
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, legal, and support teams
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and experimenting with new techniques autonomously
- Ability to manage third-party tool discussions and integrations independently
- Comfortable working with uncensored models and reviewing NSFW AI-generated content
Nice to have
- Previous education in law or compliance
- Professional experience or strong interest in AI technologies
- Background in consumer-facing entertainment or gaming industries
