Join EverAI as a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the delivery of compliance and safety features across our platforms. You will translate legal requirements and user feedback into actionable product specifications, working closely with Engineering, AI/ML, and Legal teams.
This newly created position offers significant ownership in shaping how safety functions develop within a fast-growing company serving millions of users. You will balance user protection with legitimate expression while navigating sensitive content issues.
What you'll do
- Translate safety policies and legal requirements into clear product specifications
- Manage product improvements for internal moderation systems like EverGuard
- Lead technical lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships and integrations
- Establish dashboards and QA processes to monitor safety system performance
- Conduct red teaming and adversarial testing for moderation safeguards
- Run Trust & Safety reviews for new features and material changes
- Coordinate product response to significant safety incidents
What you'll need
- Proven ability to make data-driven product decisions aligned with legal standards
- Experience with content moderation strategies including automation and human review
- Background in translating trust and safety requirements for consumer products
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering and legal teams
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and experimenting with new techniques
- Ability to manage third-party partnerships affecting compliance posture
- Comfortable working with uncensored models and NSFW content
Nice to have
- Previous legal or compliance education
- Professional experience or strong interest in AI technologies
- Experience with consumer-facing features in entertainment or gaming
