Join EverAI as a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the delivery of compliance and safety features across a platform with 50 million users. You will translate legal requirements and risk assessments into effective product capabilities, working closely with engineering, AI/ML, and legal teams to protect users while supporting legitimate expression.
What you'll do
- Translate safety policies and legal requirements into clear product specifications
- Manage improvements to internal moderation systems and LLM technology
- Lead technical lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships and integrations
- Establish dashboards and QA processes to monitor safety system performance
- Conduct red teaming and adversarial testing for moderation safeguards
- Run trust and safety reviews for new features and model changes
- Coordinate product response to significant safety incidents
What you'll need
- Experience making data-driven product decisions aligned with legal standards
- Understanding of content moderation strategies and AI guardrails
- Background in trust, safety, and compliance for consumer products
- Strong cross-functional communication skills in English
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and experimenting with new techniques
- Ability to manage third-party partnerships autonomously
- Comfortable working with uncensored models and NSFW content

- Previous legal or compliance education
- Professional experience or interest in AI
