Join EverAI as a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the delivery of compliance and safety features across our platforms. You will translate legal requirements and user feedback into actionable product specifications, working closely with engineering, AI/ML, and legal teams to build safeguards and improve moderation capabilities.
This newly created position offers significant ownership from the start, allowing you to shape the safety product function as the company scales. You will manage third-party integrations, establish monitoring dashboards, and conduct adversarial testing to ensure our AI ecosystem remains safe and ethical.
What you'll do
- Translate safety policies and legal requirements into clear product specifications
- Drive initiatives from problem definition through implementation and launch
- Own product improvements for in-house moderation systems like EverGuard
- Manage lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships and integrations
- Establish dashboards and QA processes to monitor safety performance
- Lead red teaming and adversarial testing for moderation systems
- Conduct Trust & Safety reviews for new features and material changes
- Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety issues
What you'll need
- Experience making data-driven product decisions aligned with legal standards
- Proficiency in running A/B tests, experiments, and user research
- Understanding of content moderation strategies including automation and ML
- Experience implementing trust and safety requirements for consumer products
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering and legal teams
- Fluency in English and comfort using AI tools proactively
- Ability to manage third-party partnerships and technical integrations
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes
- Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and NSFW content
Nice to have
- Previous education in law or compliance
- Professional experience or strong interest in AI technologies
- Experience with consumer-facing features in entertainment or gaming
