Join EverAI as a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the delivery of compliance and safety products. You will translate legal requirements and user feedback into effective moderation capabilities, working closely with engineering, AI/ML, and legal teams.
This newly created role offers significant ownership in defining how safety functions evolve. You will help protect users and enforce boundaries on a platform that permits lawful adult content, ensuring systems remain ethical and human-first.
What you'll do
- Translate safety policies and legal requirements into product specifications
- Drive initiatives from problem definition through implementation and launch
- Own product improvements for internal moderation systems like EverGuard
- Manage third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout
- Establish dashboards and QA processes to monitor safety performance
- Lead red teaming and adversarial testing for moderation safeguards
- Conduct Trust & Safety reviews for new and existing features
- Coordinate product responses to significant safety incidents
What you'll need
- Experience making data-driven product decisions aligned with legal standards
- Proficiency in running A/B tests and analyzing product metrics
- Understanding of content moderation strategies and AI guardrails
- Background in implementing trust and safety requirements for consumer products
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with engineering and legal teams
- Comfortable using AI tools and experimenting with new techniques
- Ability to manage third-party integrations and partnerships autonomously
- Comfortable working with uncensored models and NSFW content
Nice to have
- Previous education in law or compliance
- Professional experience or strong interest in AI technologies
- Background in consumer-facing entertainment or gaming industries
